Hrvatski prijevod [Croatian translation] updated
Hrvatski prijevod XMB foruma je napokon nakon dugo vremena osvjezen [updejtan] i spreman za upotrebu na bilo kojem forumu na kojem želite upotrijebiti
hrvatski jezik.
Ovo nije konačna verzija, i svaka će se verzija nadopunjavati, nadam se, ispravcima i vašim prijedlozima o prijevodu.
Jednom kada ga preuzmete možete ga uređivati i po vašem smislu za hrvatski jezik, a naravno možete i predložiti svoje prijedloge prijevoda nekih
riječi [fraza] i rečenica, ako mislite da su bolji i smisleniji. 
Molim sve koji uoče bilo kakve pogreške da ih prijave!

 Thanks to miqrogroove for UTF-8 which made my life so much easier. [I
only wish it was sooner]
* this is now UTF-8 of course.
to avoid any confusion this file is now the same as miqrogroove's, and
this is pretty much final version for now,
until further notice.

Hi parsifal, when you are reading the English.lang.php.diff.txt file, please be sure to look closely at lines like $lang['rulesoninfo'] where there
are some variables that need to be removed. Many of the variables that start with '$' will not work inside the phrase strings for 1.9.11.

so, miqorgroove, are you saying that where there are 2 same strings [+ & -] one [+] means that it should be used, and [-] means it shouldn't.

It's going all right. Most of things shall be translated but due to my work on some other and some personal projects, I can't guarantee it shall be on
time and complete.

This is excellent There is one more technical detail. To use the CRO letters
correctly, we must change the file format to UTF-8 text instead of Latin-1 text. I made a converted file and attached it here. Are you able to edit
in this format?
